I received these two videos the other day from my brother in law and they reminded me of a couple of sea crossings I had 'enjoyed '?? One November across the Irish Sea and another travelling to Norway with a hurricane at our back ... I remember being in the ships telephone box on the Norwegian crossing trying to balance between three walls of the phone box attempting to stay upright hehehe... I swore I would never again board another ship ever !! (I did of course but it was a memory I'll never forget).
This was a ship that was going between the Antartic and Chile during a summer storm. Not sure why anyone would go for a “pleasure” cruise in the roughest ocean area on the planet anyway...

Good grief I wonder how many people were hurt with all that future flying around. I think the large man who was holding onto the woman, (by the post) ended up being knocked out. We went on a boat trip at Plymouth, a police boat cut across the boat we were on causing a cross wave which hit us. We were thrown from one side of the boat to the other, it was only luck that we were all on the deck as it caused the boiler in the café to fall over, boiling water everywhere.
Happy birthday to Rob, I know it's sometime soon.
